• What are the advantages of purchasing digital designs?
a.) Cost effectiveness & convenience: you can print as much as you'd like, whenever you'd like,
on mediums that your printer can accommodate! You can possibly print on paper, cardstock,
shrink plastic, fabric, and so on.
b.) Flexibility: You can use our digital products for both digital and/or printed applications
such as scrapbooking, album making, gift wrapping, stationery, artwork you can frame, and
much more.
c.) More environmentally responsible: You print what you need. You can also choose to print on
recycled surfaces and scrap paper. And if you choose to keep your designs digitally,
there's no printing involved at all!
• I don't know how to use Photoshop. What can I do?
There are MANY Photoshop tutorials online. I can email you a few tips as well if
requested.
• Do you offer tutorials?
I will offer tutorials through my blog from time to time.
• Am I free to digitally or physically alter your graphics?
Of course! But please give credit where credit is due, ie, to me! :P
• Do you allow commercial usage?
I generally do not, unless otherwise indicated.
• How do I download your digital products?
For now, Big Cartel does not have a digital download function so I will have to
email you the links myself. And downloading is easy! When you open your email,
click on the links, choose the location where you'd like to save your kits, extract
your zipped kits and voila! It's right in your computer, ready to use.
• I'm having trouble downloading the files! Can you help me?
Major causes of downloading troubles are super slow connections, firewalls,
download managers, and so on. So if downloading, please make sure to turn of
your really heavy applications like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator as software as
such can slow downloading by quite a bit. Also, temporarily shut your AntiVirus or
Firewall as this may cause some issues as well.

• Can I use your downloads on my website, blog or social networking site?
Yes and no. I will not accept usage on sites that serve an income generating
purpose, or if you are or support competing sites. Otherwise, if it is a personal,
non-competing site, yes, I will allow it.
• What kinds of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal. You can also pay with credit cards through Paypal.
• Who does all the designing?
ME! :)
• Do you do this full time?
I am a designer and illustrator full time. This is a part of the many other things I do.
• What kinds of things do you design outside your blog?
I am a product and print & pattern designer. I've designed products for, and sold
for brands such as Gymboree, Disney, Target, Von Dutch, Carters, Lisa Frank and
international brands in Europe and Asia.
• Do you do returns or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of the products, I do not. Please carefully review your product before
you purchase. Thank you.
